Terra Kulture is a Nigerian Cultural Centre set up to promote the richness and diversity of Nigerian languages, arts and culture. The concept of the Centre was borne out of the fact that there is no venue with the intended ambience in Nigeria, for Nigerians and foreigners alike to learn about our cultures and languages.
In accomplishing its goals Terra Kulture has six arms:
- The Language School which teaches the three major Nigerian Languages.
- The Craft Shop which focuses on traditional Art and Craft lessons for all ages
- A Reading Centre with current Books on Nigeria, contemporary journals, magazines and wireless internet facilities and flat screen computers for its members. Members also have access to an audio-visual room and a modern Café serving African snacks.
- A Gallery that aims to have thematic exhibitions focusing on the diversity of Nigeria by celebrating the different cultures and peoples of Nigeria. The Gallery shall also organize interactive sessions with renowned members of the Art community.
- A Multi-purpose Hall with facilities for Drama presentation, Conferences and Seminars.
- A cosy Restaurant portraying the richness of Nigerian cuisine.
